Labrador Caribou Outfitters Inc. and / or its agents do not assume nor shall be liable for any injury, damage or loss of any nature what so ever caused or occasioned by neglect, default or by any act of commission and / or omission, whether negligent or not, of any person, company or carrier, nor of their respective representatives, servants and / or employees.

      Travel and / or flight delays may be encountered due to causes beyond our control ; such as inclement weather. In the event of such delay we cannot be held responsible for shortened stays, missed connections, extra expenses such as food and lodging or other loss or damage which may result.

     In the event it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well being of the individuals or for any reason whatever to terminate, amend and / or cancel confirmed reservations for any period, or portions thereof due to government decisions, caribou migratory movements and / or patterns, strikes, weather or similar situations normally referred to as Acts of God, or any situation which is believed to be in the best interest of the guests of Labrador Caribou Outfitters Inc. such action will be done without penalty to Labrador Caribou Outfitters Inc. companies, corporations or persons participating in this operation.

      Should illness, safety or personal reason necessitate the evacuation of one or more customers, the evacuation expenses will be paid by the individual client(s) involved.

      Persons engaging in any activities while participating in any package do so at their own risk and peril. Upon paying a Non Refundable Deposit at the time of booking the said package, the customer accepts the terms and conditions contained on this page and acknowledges that the said terms and conditions have been fully read and understood and form part of the joining of the package and form an integral part of the customer agreeing to be included in the package and the customer furthermore relinquishes any and all rights whatsoever to make any claims of any nature whatsoever against Labrador Caribou Outfitters Inc. and / or itís agents for any injury, damage, inconvenience or loss that may be sustained while engaged in the activities.
